Mum and Baby Yoga is a beautiful way to connect to your little one while reconnecting to your body post birth. Sometimes our bodies can feel like they belong to someone else after birth. By practicing yoga in a nourishing way that allows you to reactivate and strengthen your muscles while support your healing process, you are supporting not only your wellbeing post-birth, but that of your baby's too. A thriving mum means a thriving baby. And what better than to bring them along to join in the fun and relaxation. All while being part of a community of women who know exactly what you're going through.

5 Week Prenatal Yoga Series

Mind Body Birth

This course is intentionally designed to build your emotional and physical resilience while developing body confidence. You will build strength, release tension, learn which movements best facilitate natural birth and reduce the experience of pain. Each class works with a different mantra which serves as the theme for how you will move and support your body.  Plus you will learn the Mind Body Integration Method to help you work with your nervous system and learn to become comfortable with the uncomfortable. The course runs once a week for 5 weeks, you only need to book the first session online to claim all five classes.

Share Your Story

Let the truth of your birth experience be validated by sharing your story in a safe space. Work through any of the unprocessed emotion that you may not have felt safe or aware enough to share in the moment. Come and join the PAY WHAT YOU CAN community yoga class. You will be moving through a flow that incorporates all planes of movement to leave you feeling reinvigorated. This class is suitable for beginners to advanced, offering many variations to support every 'body' on their journey to wellness.

In class you will explore stillness, movement, breath-work and meditation all as avenues towards a more mindful existence, taking you away from the busy-ness of the day and into the quietude of a yoga practice.

Fearless Birth Session

Personalised Birth Preparation

If you have been feeling apprehension around the birth of your baby, you want to have an empowered birth but aren't sure if you can go through with it, these sessions are for you. The fearless birth sessions will help you move through your conscious and unconscious fears around birth and develop a deep sense of internal trust by utilising the Mind Body Integration Method. You will practice embodiment, breath work and compassion all while being deeply supported with holistic counselling techniques.

Realign Your Energy

Allow yourself to melt into relaxation as you experience the subtle yet powerful healing energy of Reiki. This modality is deeply nourishing for those who may not be able to identify a specific area of need but can sense they need something to support their revitalisation. It can act as a soothing support to those who are going through some deep healing.

Choosing a therapist can be really daunting, especially when you've never met them before. It can feel uncomfortable investing money on therapy when you're not sure if you and the therapist are a match or if the style of counselling suits your needs.

So why not book in for a free 15 minute consultation? You can discover whether you feel comfortable with your therapist and ask any unanswered questions that have been getting in the way of your healing journey. 


This time will be used for you to share any information regarding your wants and needs with counselling as well as discovering what will be involved in the sessions.
